For legal purposes, I need an official transcript of all of the messages I have received from someone I am filing a claim against. Is there any way to download/obtain this? I would send them in an email, but unfortunately it then removes the person's name. I need something more along the lines of a screen shot, but unfortunately I have a blackberry tour.
Thanks!

You would have to have a lawyer draft a subpoena for you and have them submit it to Verizon. Even then, though, you would at most be able to actually get the last 5-10 days worth of texts to your phone.
Verizon does not keep this information more than this period of time.

Argh, just got off the phone w a rep and they said the same thing. Sad how if I had an iphone I could simply screen shot all of this and be done with the matter. Oh well.
