I chatted with a customer service representative last week about my rebate (e-gift card for $200). I was informed that the Verizon store I purchased my iPhone was/is not participating in the promotion.
I switched from Sprint to Verizon and it seems that we started on the wrong foot. One of the many reasons I switched was because of the $200 so I could pay the remaining balance of my iphone 11.
I checked all the boxes for the e-gift card, except that the store was not participating. I did not know.
Also, I am waiting for the discount for having Verizon Fios at home.
