is the green highlighted bar that showed up in the middle of my listing mean. It had a phone pic on the left side and is stationary

It's definitely concerning to learn that you're seeing a green highlighted bar on your device suddenly. Let's see if we can get down to the bottom of what's going on. If possible, please provide us with a picture of what you're seeing on the screen. Also, when did the green bar show up? Are you only seeing it when you're using the Verizon Messages app on your phone?
