As of yesterday 12/13/23, group messages on my Galaxy S22 has stopped downloading and I keep getting network error occurred pop up. When a group message comes the it shows as downloading but never does. I've turned of auto retrieve and it still does not work, mobile data, cleared the cache, etc. Nothing has worked. Is this a Verizon issue or android only issue?
I'm sorry to hear your messages are not working. We would love to assist. What messaging app are you using? How much memory is available on the device? Can you send individual messages to the members of the group? -Joe
