Group text messaging and other messages

I am having problems with text messaging, especially after I advised a Verizon representative that someone appeared to be trying to access my account because I kept receiving verification code texts when I had not submitted anything.  Now I’m not receiving group texts and I previously was not receiving authentication request texts from Verizon after the company changed some type of messaging settings.  I’ve called the fraud department and it has opened case numbers and then transferred me to customer service.  Customer service has opened case numbers and tried to redirect me to the fraud department.  I tried to work with the Verizon chat support team and asked for a supervisor-now I’ve been waiting an hour for a response to my texts to chat support while waiting to be connected to a supervisor.  What do you have to do to be able to speak to someone who can help?
