Been having an issue on several of our Android phones. When someone receives a group message the message shows as downloading but can take days until it actually downloads, if at all.
We've restarted the phones, used different messaging apps, cleared cache and the issue remains. Tried via only connected to wifi, only to mobile data and both on
Spomaski, we're sorry to read about the issues you're experiencing with your group texts, and want to help. Please tell us, when did this first start? Does this happen everywhere or only in certain locations? Also, how is your data connection on a regular day?
