I can't receive picture messages. It says it is downloading but it always comes up with an error and nothing comes thru.
Is there a setting for downloading a picture message? Please help - I have had this phone for almost a month now and this is the only thing that is wrong with the phone.
Is there a national Access Block on the phone? You can call CS (800-922-0204) or 611 from your Verizon phone, and see if there is a block.
I am having the same exact issue and am on the phone with Verizon technical support right now and will update this post asap.
We figured it out...at least on my end. I was connected to my home wireless network for obvious download and browsing advantages but there seems to be some "delay" when receiving MMS messages from the Verizon network. Once I disabled my Wi-Fi connection and tried to send/receive MMS messages they started working immediately. I hope this helps. Cheers.
