Yesterday, I contacted customer service to removed an unused device, a jet pack, instead of removing the jet pack , the customer service rep removed my own phone. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone who could help. I even went to the store, they said nothing we can do, you have to call customer service. Finally after trying all day I got ahold of someone who restored my phone and removed the correct device. Then said sorry the best I can Offer you for this mistake on our part is $1.83 credit. Really!? $1.83 for my phone being shut off, not being able to get ahold of my children, or family. For making me late for work for trying to resolve this issue. For going all day without a phone and being on hold trying to correct this problem! All because someone couldn’t do their job properly!!
