I want to know how to trace these 0000-0024 type numbers on my bill to the private caller who made them and so lets say I see this 000-008-4232 number 7 times over 5 days on my bill is that always that specific caller meaning private individual caller..no

These are commonly known as short codes used by companies for texting. Normally, you simply ignore the leading zeros and only use the last couple of digits for your search.
For example,
would be a short code of 84232 which comes back as FundsXpress from www.firstdata.com which appears to be a credit card processing hub.
Does this sound more familiar for texts you may have received? Of course, some apps you install on your device work by intercepting texts from a specific number, i.e. short code, and may be intercepting these texts which are generated when using the app. Possibly a credit card reader app, for example.
