Branched from an earlier discussion: Messaging+
"If I set up several auto reply texts, I can select which one I want to use whenever I turn it on. But how do I delete one of them? It won't let me delete one."
Has anyone ever responded to you? I'm having the same problem and its May 2017. Did you get an answer?

The provided instructions do not work. There are no "Delete/Edit" choices.

While the answer you are referring to is from 2017, it still holds true today - provided you are using the Verizon Messages website to adjust your Auto Replies. Are you using the website, or your phone for these steps? If you are using an Android device, follow these steps: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-209289/ . If you are using an iPhone, follow these steps: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-75644/ . Please keep us posted on how that goes for you, and provide us with what make/model device you are using if still having issues.

I am attempting to do the same thing. I created several Auto-Replies over the years, but want to delete them from memory but there is no "delete" function anywhere to be found in the Auto-Reply area. I try to delete the message text, but it prompts me with I have to enter something and save it. I don't want to save it, I want to fully get rid of these old auto-replies. Why is this so difficult?

Golffanatc, thanks so much for confirming those details for me. Please share with me what type of phone are you using?
