Hi. I keep waking up with a text message on my phone saying that someone accessed my messages at 4 or 5am CST. I remember getting a text with some sort of verification code, but I never did anything with it. I didn't think anything of it and deleted it. So now it appears that maybe somehow someone is able to view my text messages. I did change my Verizon online password, but I would like to remove this feature where it displays my texts on my online account. I would also like to remove any access that has been granted because I didn't grant it. I cannot find anywhere how I can do this. Please help!
HI Jayfaye78
I'm sorry to hear that your account might have been compromised.
For the Web account -
1. Change your web account password at myverizon.com, which it sounds like you've already done.
2. Also, SIGN OUT of your web texting account: While in the web account, go to Main Menu>Settings- select 'Sign Out'
Please let us know if the issue continues once you've signed out.
Thanks,
ALIEM
