How can I view my previous text messages received and sent from my phone on my computer

I installed the verizon messages app on my Samsung phone.  I was told by a rep that I could view and print messages already sent and received from my computer.  Does anyone know how to do that?

I signed up for Integrated Messaging. Why don't all of the messages on my phone show up on my tablet...

Messages start syncing on the day you sign up for the Integrated Messaging service. Any messages you sent before you signed up for the service won't be synced. This syncing process may not be instantaneous.

To print texts if using Verizon Messages/Integrated Messaging:

Log into the desktop version of My Verizon for the line's texts you want to print (assuming you have multiple lines on the account), hover over My Plan & Services at the top, then click Send a Message.  Click the text conversation you want to print, click the three dots in the far right-hand corner, and then click Print Conversation.

An alternative is to download a text backup/restore app from the Play Store that also provides for printing texts.

The Verizon Messaging application is an awesome feature. It allows you to sync your texting conversations across all your compatible devices. Once the application is downloaded to your device, you can begin to sync your messages to our server. However, you will not have access to messages sent/received to your device prior to downloading and using this application.
