How can I view my text messages from my PC?

My phone has been out of reach for a while, and I'd like to review my text messages from my PC - they should be backed up by the Verizon Cloud... how do I do this?

That is incorrect.  Maybe that link from 2016 doesn't work in 2022, but if you log in to your account and go to Text Online, it DOES work.  You must be doing something wrong, unless you're trying to view a deleted message.
