Is there no way to create a signature in this messaging app? Of all the things to be missing this is pretty significant and the basic phone messaging app has it.

Open the app and tap the menu button in the upper left corner. Tap Settings, then scroll down and place a check next to Enable Signature. Tap Auto Signature to compose the signature.
