I have been working on getting a problem fixed with my account for over 3 years now. I ordered an IPAD for my daughter for Christmas. When I got the bill it was a bit more that I thought it would be. After going through my account I realized they had added two IPADS to my account. I called in January and they said it would be removed and not be on my next bill. I called in February and it was still there. I was then told it would be removed in March. In March it was still there. I went to a local Verizon and spoke to their manager in an attempt to get assistance. They called their Verizon number to get help with it. This Verizon associate completely restructured my account including removing the plan I had which increased my bill significantly and separating my Verizon rewards card from my account. After calling back a third time I got my account put back the way it was with exception to my Verizon visa card was still not connected with my account. Since then, which has been almost three years I have called back every month to a month and a half and waited on hold and explained what had happened in an attempt to get this fixed. That is roughly 25 calls with hold time and explaining the same problem. I have been lied to, hung up on, promised it would be fixed the next month more times that I can count, I have been transferred because it isn't their department. I have spoken to the bank that is associated with the Verizon visa card and they sent over the paperwork to have my account reattached. This call took 4 minutes. I then called Verizon back and they said they had the paperwork and that is all they needed to get it resolved. HAS IT BEEN? No. I have accumulated 597 dollars that can be used in many different ways including using it toward my phone bill. I can see it on my Verizon rewards app but cannot use it because the moment I sign in it disappears. I know it's there because they have told me it is.
At this point I am about done with Verizon. I am tired of being lied to. I want someone to fix my account, credit my account. I also would never have to call Verizon again.
