Depends on the phone.  For a lot of Androids, you can press the text until you get a pop-up with choices that would include forwarding the message.

If you want text messages automatically forwarded, you'll have to search the app store to see if there is an app that will do that for you.  Otherwise, as tikibar1 said, just long press the message and you should get a menu with "Forward" being one of the options.  Type in your email address in the TO: field.
