Hello, Hennessey143, we want to make sure you're able to manage your account via My Verizon! To make sure we're on the same page, are you attempting to register for online access? If so, what happens when going through the steps to create an online account?

Being prepaid shouldn't cause problems with creating a My Verizon account. But if you created the account before your service was active, then what happened was you ended up with a guest account, which has very limited rights and can't have anything tacked onto it. If attempting to create a new My Verizon account using your phone number isn't working, then someone at Verizon will have to deactivate your guest account so you can re-register using your phone number.
