How do I listen to Voice Mail from computer?

I don't have my phone.   The instructions say to dial my number then *86 <sen d>,. but I can't figure out how to press <send> on a computer.  I tried <Enter> and <Shift> <Enter> but it ignored me.

I'm on a Macbook.  I have no other way of connecting.

I keep getting disconnected from customer service.

Hello, Dont_LetMe_Die_Onhold. Do you have a pound button (e.g. #) on your computer you could use when call your mobile to check voicemail? The pound button will interrupt the voicemail recorded message when calling from a different number, and allow you to enter your voicemail password to listen to your voicemail.
