Sunsets73, I am sorry to hear you are having issues retrieving your text messages. I would love to look closer into this for you. Can you provide more information on what do you mean by retrieve? Are you referring to viewing text messages? Have you been able to retrieve your messages in the past? If so how long has this been an issue?
