I'm assuming you're using Verizon Messages since that's the space you posted this in? If so, log into your desktop version of My Verizon, hover over My Plan & Services at the top, then click Send a Message. Click the text conversation you want to print/save, click the three dots in the far right-hand corner, and then click Print Conversation or Export Conversation (depending on which you prefer to do).
