I know I used to be able to do this. I needed (badly) to send a technical drawing, a PDF file to a coworker in the field, via Message+. I know I used to be able to do this. I could find no way to accomplish the task, not from any angle. Help. How can this be accomplished?

You did not answer the question. HOW DO YOU SEND A PDF FILE ATTACHMENT IN MESSAGE+ ?
I apologize, dig1. There is no way to send PDF files on Message+. You will need to use a different messaging app to send PDFs. I use Messages by Google. This text messaging app will allow you to send PDFs.
