How do I stop facebook notifications?

I get every friend's posting on Facebook on my Message + as a notification.  How do I stop this?

You need to tell Facebook itself not to send them.  Within the Facebook App, use the right-most tab at the top of the home screen (looks like three lines) and scroll way down to the "Account Settings".  After you select that, go to "Notifications".  This should allow you to fine-tune who's notifications come through.....
