Can anyone at Verizon answer this question? How do we disable the CHAT feature and have it just use SMS? I don't want to use CHAT since it won't sync with other text apps. The messages, when sent in CHAT mode, can't be seen from other messaging apps. This is a failure. Can anyone address this?
