How to automatically forward sms messages from iphone to another iphone?

I just got the new iphone 5 for work... which is great, but it means that I will be carrying around my personal iphone 4 and the new iphone.  I would like to get this down to just one iphone, so can I auto forward my texts from iphone to iphone?  Is there an app for that... and, if so, what is it?

Although Apple products are designed to work seamlessly with all other Apple devices, there is not a default option to forward your texts between devices. Verizon has the ability to forward calls from one device to another, but not messages.http://bit.ly/Iueuma With that being said there may be a third party app that will allow you to complete this task, but nothing in the phones design.
