How to keep text messaging session on laptop from expiring

I like to send texts from my laptop. I can keep the Send A Text page open but it expires when it's not active for X? # of minutes. Is there any way I can keep the session "alive" all day to receive texts even when I'm not active on it?

We want to ensure you have the information you need, ELIMAR21. When using the Messages+ web portal, the session will expire similarly to My Verizon which is about 15 minutes of non-use.
