I have a LG Revolution. People have been sending me messages with pictures, and I'm not receiving any of them.
Is your cellular data on, with a strong signal? You can't receive picture messages over wifi.

Picture messaging is a great way to capture and share memories with friends and family! It's also one of the easiest ways to communicate while on the go! As your wireless provider, we want you to enjoy all of the wireless services that you are subscribed to. I'm excited to partner with you and get this issue resolved once and for all. May I ask have you ever been able to receive picture messages? Are your other data services working on the device? I would suggest erasing all of your old threaded text messages, reboot the device, and retest. Also, please verify that you have ample device memory available as this could affect your picture messaging. Once you have completed the steps then please reply with your findings just in case more assistance is needed.
