In the past I have been able to set up the integrated calling on the messages plus app but with recent updates I keep getting an voice calling error and stating that it is not able set it up. I have HD voice calling enable and have reinstalled the app.
Is the iPhone being used on an active line of service?

Ann154 that is a fabulous question. charles83, I understand how important it is to use this integrated function. Is this your primary device or a secondary device? Are you getting a specific error message when trying to use it? Effective April 7, 2018, new users will not be able to make voice calls using Message+ on secondary devices.

The Integrated calling feature has been recently DISABLED by Verizon. They claim it's to resolve a technical issue with the network (see link below)...They don't give any specific time frame of when the feature will be available again.
