I can't send or receive texts from one person. When I try I get a message "xxx-xxx-xxxx is a landline

I am unable to send or receive text messages from one person. When I add the 10-digit number manually (not from my Contact Book) I receive the message "xxx-xxx-xxxx is a landline#. Reply Y to send all TXT messages to this # as  voice messages for 0.25/msg +std msg fee." I know for sure that the number I call is NOT a landline as voice calls go through. Any trouble shooting ideas will be greatly appreciated

We want to help ensure those messages go through Seef66! What make and model device is this? What messaging app? How does it work when using your phonebook or contacts? Does this only happen with one specific number? When did you last power your device off?
