I cannot check my Visual VM when my WIFI is on

At first I thought my work Wifi was blocking my voicemail downloads, but I have noticed it happens at home as well.  Is there a setting I am missing?  I have some cell signal, but I am using wifi most of the time.

I have provided a link below on general FAQs for Visual VM and want to get a few more details so we can provide assistance. When off Wi-Fi, only on Cellular, do you receive your VVM? Any other internet or data connection issues?  When was the last time your VVM worked?
