I have the Galaxy 4 BUT this problem also occurred before with the Razr and Droid X. My husband is currently using the Razr and also has this problem. I get the exact same text twice, not always with the same person but when it starts it does seem more prominent from certain people, AT&T customers and Verizon customers.
I receive the text immediately twice, not separated by a time period and the sender says they are not experiencing sending issues.
We want to set those extra messages straight Wpickett! What messaging app are you using? Is this happening with group messages or individual? How often does this happen? Are you power cycling your device daily? Tried a battery pull? We will figure this out!
