I need to print my text messages

Al I can print is a list of numbers to/from texting, not the actual texts.  I need the texts and in particular to see what had attachments.

Hello, JimLCatalina! We actually don't archive the text message contents. This is for your privacy and security. The best option would be to screenshot and print out the text messages. If this is for a legal case then your lawyer would need to subpoena the messages. If this is the case, then your lawyer would contact our legal team at, 800-922-0204.

Below is the first search result on chrome for the term, "PRINT VERIZON TEXTS," on the Verizon website. This mislead me to download your messaging app in the  belief I could print my texts, and waste 2 hours trying to troubleshoot.

Verizon Messages - Website - Save / Print Text Messages

  • Messages are displayed for the mobile number that is signed in.
  • Messages may show 'Attachment(s) removed' if the sender has a text signature.
  • From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.
  • From the My Verizon Home screen, navigate:
    Account
    More
    Text online
    .
  • Click the desired conversation (on the left) to view messages.
You must be in conversation view to print.
  • Click the
    Menu icon
(upper-right) then do any of the following:

  • To export and save text messages of the conversation in CSV format:
Not available for all message conversations.

  • Click
    Export Conversation
    .
  •
  • From the 'Please choose date range' dropdown, select the date range (e.g., 7 days, 90 days, etc.) then click
    EXPORT
    .
  •
  •
  • To print the conversation:

  • Click
    Print Conversation
    .
  •
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to print.
The steps vary depending upon the default print service.

As the Newbie previously posted, the web version of Message+ DOES allow you to print selected text messages.  There is no longer an option to 'export the conversation' if you want to save it, but you can choose to 'save to PDF' when selecting the print conversation option.

In the mobile Message+ app, if you long press on a conversation in the list of conversations, you should have the option to 'Save messages'.  It is downloaded/saved as a .vzm file which is a text file that can be printed.
