IE 8 crashes when selecting upload media link

Everytime I click on upload media, my IE 8 crashes.  The fault module is:

 

Problem signature:

 

Problem Event Name: APPCRASH

Application Name: iexplore.exe

Application Version: 8.0.6001.18828

Fault Module Name: VerizonWirelessUploadControl.dll

Has anyone had this problem? I have tried uninstalling Quicktime and reinstalling it and still have the same problem.
