IM not working

I have a Samsung Intensity II and it has mobile IM that I love so much, but bad news... I doesn't work!!! It always says "Network Error" whenever I want to use it. Can anyone please help me??? P.S. I tried removing the battery and dialing *228 and send but it doesn't work :smileysad:

I would try removing the application, rebooting, then reinstalling it. The program may have gotten corrupted somehow and reinstalling it may help.
