In message+ some messages are chat messages - how can I save them so they appear as an sms message in other apps. I like to save all my messages in a readable form but I cannot find an app that picks up the chat type of message.  In fact they do not even show up on the message+ PC application.  I would like them to be converted to regular sms messages.

Very poor design by Verizon in my opinion if you want a readable record of all your messages saved.

jwp123, we want to make sure we address all your concerns. Let's look into this further. For clarification, does this only happen with certain numbers or a specific number? Have you tried using the default messaging application that came on your device? What is the make and model of your device?

My question is simple. Chat messages are last when using other SMS apps and are not backed up using standard SMS backups. Can this be fixed?

Also even though I turn off the chat function, it turns back on on its own. Please fix.

I like the app, but will drop it if not fixed.
