I'm wondering if there's a way to keep the senders name from appearing on incoming texts when the flip is closed. I just got the LG Revere to replace an LG Acolade and I don't want people to know who's sending me a text when the flip is closed. Any suggestions?
Don't have that phone but on my ENV3 if I go to messages I have a settings option in there and I can pick text auto view and the choics are on, on+read out and off. If I put it to off the the front of my phone just shows new text message view now or later. It will still have the persons name if they are in your address book though just not the body of the text. Might check if you have that option. Mary
