Installed Mobile Email-notification aren't working!!

I just installed this on my env2 and I am not getting notification when I receive an email.  I looked on the Verizon support and it said that there should be a "settings" under the "options" category, but there is not.  The main reason I got this app is so I could be notified when new emails come in!!  This is frustrating.  Help!!

I had the same problem :smileywink: You need to first access the mobile email application & go to your inbox. Once there, select "Options," select the down arrow in the menu, and select "Settings." From there you can select how you want to be notified when you have new messages. Hope this helps! :smileyhappy:
