When I first got my Samsung S5 it was working perfect and then after a month or so it just up and stopped working and told me it was unable to send and showed me this thing I forget what it all says but yet my boyfriend has the same exact phone and is on my plan and his works fine, what's wrong with mine?

I can definitely understand your frustrations with your messages not working all of sudden.  I would be glad to assist you with resolving this for you.


Is this happening with both text and picture/video messages?  Are you able to receive text messages?  What is the exact error message you receive when trying to send a text?  Lastly, do you have a 3G or 4G connection when this is happening?  Please let me know so that I can further assist.
