I had the integrated calling feature on my tablet that split the phones call from my phone to my tablet, should I choose.
I contacted customer support for an unrelated issue and had to do a factory data reset on my tablet.
After the factory data reset, my integrated calling stopped working.
I contacted customer support and spoke to many bewildered customer service agents about the issue before I finally reached an agent who knew that they stopped offering the service for new customers after a certain date.
This is irrelevant to me, since I had the service before the cutoff date.
Since I am grandfathered in and had this feature before the factory data reset, before this service was discontinued for "newly connected devices", it is still part of my existing plan through Verizon.
Who do I speak to about restoring the integrated calling service that I am entitled to?
