If i have unlimited texting on my plan, do I still have that extra charge for international texting?
Yes to an extent. It is .25 to send a text message and .20 to recieve a text message. there are a few slight exceptions such as in canada and mexico are just charged towards your allowance. But almost every country are those rates.
