Is google SMS down?

Ok could always text stuff to google  466453 like weather 14075 and it would give me local weather for my area or Walmart Buffalo NY and get a list of address and phone numbers for all the Walmarts in the area.  Has not worked for a week, just says for everything did not return any results.  Have googled and checked the page for SMS and it's still there and no mention of anything.  Can't even text help like the tutorial shows, same message no results.    Anyone else have this problem or know what's going on?  Mary
