Tried to Log in but got:

Server Error

This server has encountered an internal error which prevents it from fulfilling your request. The most likely cause is a misconfiguration. Please ask the administrator to look for messages in the server's error log

Thanks for checking alien_van. I determined that my work network was the

cause. I could access the web app from my home network, so it's me not

Verizon that was having the issue.

I've used the WEB portal since you posted this and it's working fine for me.  It might have been under maintenance when you checked.
