Same issue. different computers. Different browsers. Is the web app affected by my phone being broken (black screen so I cant enter my security pin to sign into my phone)?? That's why I have been using the web app until I can buy a new phone.
BACKFLP540, I understand how running into issues viewing your messages from the computer can be a bit of a concern. Let's work on getting this issue resolved. Can you provide more information on the issues you are experiencing? How often are you having issues accessing your messages? Do you know if your phone is still powered on?
