Hi Verizon Support Team & Anyone with Technical knowledge,
I am writing to express my frustration and seek urgent assistance regarding an issue I have been experiencing with my Verizon mobile account.
On Friday, I upgraded my four phones, and since then, I have been unable to log into my account. Before the upgrade, I was receiving one-time code texts from Verizon without any issues. However, post-upgrade, I am no longer receiving these texts or emails from Verizon, although I still get text from family and friends.
To make matters worse, my account now shows as locked. I have made multiple calls to tech support, but unfortunately, the support has been a nightmare. The calls, which are routed to a team in India, have resulted in assurances that the issue would be fixed, but I have yet to see any resolution. They even promised a callback today which never happened, leaving me still locked out of my account.
I am urgently seeking help from someone within the US who has the qualifications and authority to unlock my account and restore my access. This situation is incredibly frustrating and I would greatly appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
