My S20 stopped receiving certain texts yesterday. Primarily appears to be issues with group texts and attachments. Says network error occurred. I have tried everything I can find in terms of fixes on forums and internet with no success. They suggested I contact Verizon. Please advise. Frustrated
I'm having the same issue with my S23 Ultra. Made calls to Verizon support twice. Once the call has to be disconnected to reboot the phone. No call back was made. It seems to be primarily with group text messages and iPhone to Android messages. I've reset everything at least 10 times by now. Still no results. Happened soon after the latest system update.
BigOB1, we are sorry to read about your device issues and not receiving a call back during troubleshooting. We understand how important it is to remain connected. What messaging application is being used to send/receive text on your devcie? What other troubleshooting steps have been completed so far?

I'm sorry you are having issues with text. Can you use data? What texting app are you using? If you delete the group and send individual does that work? -Joe
