September 30, 2009 at approximately 7:00am this morning, I logged out of MOBILE IM. And then... when I logged back in I received a message "did not receive responce from IM server." I cannot log in to yahoo messenger. I called the verizon and they said to soft reset it which means try to put the battery out for 30 seconds, then put it back again. I did that but it doesn't work. I also did call *228 and reprogram my phone, but Mobile IM is still not working. I've been using this mobile IM before and it was working fine until today. Help me please

Seems like no one is getting Mobile IM service today - it's down all over....not much help but you are not alone.
