My EGift feature won’t work. When I try to view the catalog it closes the app all together. Are there any fixes for this? 

I read online you could subscribe or unsubscribe via “integrated messaging settings” but don’t have that option anywhere.  I have an iPhone.

Rchill79, I saw you're having issues with eGift. To get more details, what are you trying to do in eGift? Send something to someone or trying to redeem/view something, a person has sent you? I saw you mentioned the app closes, so I get that's happening. But some more details on what you're trying to do there will help me out with seeing what's up.

Mine stopped working also. Called vzw who tried to troubleshoot and aaid to allow 24 hours. Product code message is 113.

They did not DM me at all. nor did they fix anything still force closing on my side.

I'm having the same issue. The egift choice is missing now but when I go to settings and click on egift catalog it pops up and then immediately closes.

 

It's like gifting went missing overnight. It was there Thursday and by Friday morning it was gone. What the heck #Verizon?

Opened a. Incident ticket snd still no help. They said they know it's down and no repair date. This is bad due to black Friday coming up.

Also having this problem!! Spontaneously closes just by tapping on eGift Catalog. Updated the app and restarted my phone before finding this thread. Would love to know if there’s a fix!! Is it only iPhones? I have androids I could try to sign in on if it works on those but is that gonna force me to wait out the 48 hours again cause no thanks would really like a faster solution or work around 😩

We do suggest you reach out to the developer for the issue you're encountering. You can submit an issue to the developer using the following steps:

  1. Open the Message+ app.
  2. Click Menu > Get Help > Report a Bug.

I was having the same issue. I uninstalled and updated message + and now the eguft card option is no longer there. Are they removing it and like most things not telling us?

How many tickets does Verizon need to fix this or at the very least let us paying customers know an estimated time of repair or if this features being discontinued. Funny how Verizon charges us for us to communicate but yet they can’t communicate to us about a known issue! Dropping the ball again VZW!

I have an android doesn't work for me either. I have incident ticket in also but no status update.  Egift department had to tell me they know about the problem but no estimated time of resolution.
