Im using message+ through my verizon .. when i click on my messages to view they just vanish. I have tried using several different browsers with the same results. Any Help?
Staying connected is certainly important. I would be glad to help get to the bottom of this. To ensure we are aligned, I have a few questions. When did the issue with messages vanishing begin? What device are you using to access My Verizon? (laptop, tablet, etc.) Aside from using various browsers, what troubleshooting steps have you already completed?
