I am using Verizon Messages+ on my Android phone & on my MacBook Pro. The app on the MacBook is not getting all of the texts that my phone gets. In some cases they are MMS group messages. The others seem to be sent from commercial (as in non-phone number addresses), but I can't be certain of what the cause is or how to fix it.

We definitely want to make sure your Verizon Messages+ apps are working the way they should. Are these commercial messages short codes? Such as a 5 digit number? Or are they coming in as from an email address or something else? What shows on the desktop app when you get one of these?
