Is there some way to bulk export and save videos and photos in Messanger Plus threads? I have a boatload in our threads. One of us tried the conversion to google messages and it totally skipped our family group thread and lost everything in it. I do not want to save one attachment at a time for years and year of data. Any ideas if there is some place on my android phone where Verizon Messages Plus has the photos and videos saved that we could just download in bulk? I would never have left Verizon just to save this data but now it appears we can't easily do that.

Have you tried the SMS Backup and Restore app? It's available on Google Play and the Apple app store.
I have the same issue and am surprised that others aren't asking the same question?? I talked with customer service and though they tried hard to help, they had nothing to offer for help. Did you try the SMS backup?
@BettyBoop691 I have not tried that yet. Some of us in the family thread converted to google messages and the family thread was not converted so they lost all their pictures and videos. I am so mad at verizon for their half assed nonsupport on the #endofmessages+ that I may leave them after this.
