I have the same issue that started last Thursday. I spent an hour with Verizon yesterday and she documented everything and everything I had tried, to the engineers. She felt it was an issue with the Messages app that most likey happened when they did an upgrade to the app. So maybe in a few days it will be fixed. Hopefullly!

What version of the app are you running? I've had the v2.0.2.0 running on my Win10 PC for several days straight and it is keeping up fine with messages coming in to my number. If I delete a message on my phone, it takes about 20 secs and my desktop app is sync'ed. Hopefully, the engineers will provide some feedback.

It seems this is happening to a ton of people and Verizon is doing nothing to correct this.
Like others, this started happening about the 1st Week of July for me.
I have a Samsung Galaxy 9 Note
I'm on Version 2.0.2.0 of Message+ on my Windows 10 laptop
It's a Dell with 500GB and 32GB RAM
(Both devices loaded with memory and no problems)
Same problem ... worked fine (mostly) on both devices for a year, and I have been using message+ for well over 2 years (including a different phone)
All of a sudden, it quit syncing ... period, and JUST LIKE everyone else here.
This is a VERIZON Problem, not a user problem.
Please ELEVATE and FIX the problem! I used this tool constantly for business when I am in meetings! My ATT friends have no such issues with theirs.

I offer details that argue against the problem being caused by an upgrade to the Messages app:
4/5/2018 (VMA.Client.exe) Verizon Messages 2.0.2.0 on Windows 10 from Microsoft Store
9/10/2015 (WinVMAClient.exe) Message+ 1.0.17.0 on Windows 7 (old download)
BUT this failure began after 19 July 2019 for both my versions.
Evidence (mine and others') point to Verizon having changed something in their server(s) environment without providing an update for Messages for all OS platforms.
Completely out of our control!

Also not working, glad to know it's not just me. Mine stopped synching on 7/26. I updated system software on Android on 7/27.
Windows 10 - Message +, v 1.0.17.0. Also tried lastest Verizon Messages and same problem.
Messages go through but don't show up on phone and messages from phone don't show up on comptuer.
Android - Message+ 6.8.5 on Samsung Galazy 9+
What's odd is that I also have Message+ on an iPad and I can see everything on it.
Please fix it asap.

Same here. The phone messages don't show up on the laptop. It's stupid to say that they sync when they don't or won't and it seems no one in Verizon really knows how to resolve the issue.

Why does VZW keep suggesting something is wrong with our computers or whatever. It's obvious that the app is not functioning correctly. Seems absolutely obvious also that VZW probably doesn't know how to fix the problem and keeps stalling. When will it be resolved, or should we go to the Windows phone application? Just say if you're not able to fix it.

As I have stated, my desktop Message+ app synchronization has NOT been affected (yet). One thought I had is my internet connection is thru Comcast service in the northeast (Vermont). For everybody affected, what is your internet service your desktop is using and where are you located? Maybe there is something going on with the communication from the Verizon messaging servers and certain internet providers. Or, maybe there are multiple servers, distributed regionally, and certain ones are affected. Verizon agents, feel free to jump in here with any information being uncovered by the messaging engineers.

jav6, good effort to analyze our Verizon Messaging failures.
I hope this can help.
Maybe others with similar failures can use the links I've included.

I've managed to test send/receive between my devices. My Z30 has a different cell number from my other 6 devices. Hopefully this screen snap is self explanatory.
